Mina Takil

Doctoral Candidate

Mina holds MSc degree in Water Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. He has three years of professional experience as innovation assistant in process engineering in the field of wastewater and drinking water at MARTIN Systems GmbH, Berlin.

He commenced his PhD in October 2020 for Sweden Water Research at LTH in the department of chemical engineering. His research aims to remove the microplastics, pollutants from stormwater by using a membrane-based modular concept. Mina’s research is a part of the European Project REWAISE “Resilient Water Innovation for Smart Economy”.
