Implementation of online water quality measurement

The project advances online monitoring of drinking water quality through flow cytometric monitoring of microbial content in drinking water.

The technology has been extensively used in R&D projects, but this project focuses on integrating the technology into the daily operations of the owning companies. Therefore, there is a significant emphasis on implementation and operational issues, such as installation, maintenance, alarm limits, and scaling in the operations.

A large part of the project involves establishing workflows, especially concerning data management issues. The exchange of data between the owning companies is critical, and the project will develop a solution for the management and sharing of flow cytometric data.
